Once launched, the Product may process limited data relating to shared family reading — for example, picture-book pages uploaded by a parent, the parent's chosen narration style and preferences, and technical operation logs. Any such processing will require explicit parental consent and will follow the principle of data minimization for children.

绘本图片处理方式： 家长上传的绘本图片仅用于本次识别与叙述生成，识别完成后即毁， 不做留存，不用于模型训练或与其他用户共享。

How picture-book images are handled: Uploaded picture-book images are used solely to recognize the current page and generate matching narration. Images are discarded once processing is complete, and are never retained, used for model training, or shared with other users.

We process information only as necessary to maintain the Product's website, respond to enquiries, deliver the Product's reading features once it is launched, protect service security, troubleshoot errors or misuse, and comply with applicable law.

8. 未成年人保护专章 / Special Provisions for Minors

本产品面向家庭亲子共读场景，通常由家长或其他监护人使用； 产品所处理的内容可能涉及未成年人。为此，我们采取以下安排：

• 家长同意机制。产品的关键处理环节均以家长 明确授权为前提；未获授权，产品不上传、不识别、不留存 任何内容。
• 不面向未满 14 周岁未成年人单独收集个人信息。 未满 14 周岁未成年人使用相关功能时，需由其监护人代为操作 和授权。
• 监护人权利。监护人可代未成年子女查询、更正、 删除相关信息，并撤回同意。

The Product is designed for shared reading at home, generally used by a parent or other guardian, and may involve content relating to minors. Accordingly:

• Parental consent. All key processing steps require explicit parental consent. Nothing is uploaded, recognized, or stored without it.
• No collection from children under 14 without a guardian. Where a user is under 14, a guardian must operate the relevant features and grant consent on the child's behalf.
• Guardian rights. A guardian may access, correct, or delete information relating to a minor in their care, and may withdraw consent at any time.
• Data minimization. We process only what is necessary and minimize the retention of information that can identify a minor.
